The Namur Off-the-shoulder Cotton Blouse slips on quite easily with an elasticated opening. Shirring detailing in the sleeve givesyou the option of wearing it over the shoulders. The sleeve is finished with a placket and ties to adjust the length along the arm for a play with proportions. Vents are positioned in the side seams at the hem to allow variances of tucking in.
